Substitute Teaching

I need some advice for a new text I am writing, The Substitute Teacher's Guide to Success.

Following on the heels of my text, The Teacher's Guide to Success, I am writing a book for substitute teachers that goes beyond the worksheets and generic ideas.  I need anecdotes, advice and suggestions that will appear in a boxed feature, Substitute Says... or Teachers Tell Subs...
